Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch

All orders are picked and dispatched from our premises at 26A Vernon Mill, Stockport, SK1 2HX. Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day. Every device is checked and tested before it leaves us.

Delivery options and costs

Next Day Delivery is free on all orders of £20.00 and over. On orders under £20.00, Standard Delivery is £3.99 and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

Click and collect and local delivery

Free collection from our Stockport premises is available, and local delivery is offered to selected postcodes nearby. We will email you as soon as your order is ready. Collection and local delivery options are shown at checkout if your address qualifies.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@computer-club.co.uk or on 0161 429 8877 and we will put it right.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before you place your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address, and a redelivery charge may apply.
