Shipping policy

All orders are picked and dispatched from our premises at Vernon Mill, Stockport, SK1 2HX. Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

UK delivery

Next Day Delivery is free on all orders of £20.00 and over. On orders under £20.00, Express delivery is £3.99 and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

Click and collect and local delivery

Free collection from our Stockport premises is available, and local delivery is offered to selected postcodes nearby. We will email you as soon as your order is ready.

European Union

Standard International delivery to EU destinations is £14.99, with an estimated transit time of 2 to 11 business days.

Rest of the world

Standard International delivery is £23.99, with an estimated transit time of 3 to 17 business days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a confirmation, including tracking details where the chosen service provides them.

Delays, damage and missing parcels

Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees, and occasionally carriers are delayed by weather or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@computer-club.co.uk or on 0161 429 8877 and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, although we will always do what we can to help recover a parcel.
