Our Step-by-Step Refurbishment Process

Step 1 — Initial Inspection

Every device starts with a thorough visual and physical inspection. We check for cosmetic condition, physical damage, and document any existing issues before work begins. Nothing is overlooked.

Step 2 — Full Hardware Diagnostics

We run a complete hardware diagnostic on every component — display, keyboard, trackpad, ports, speakers, webcam, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Battery health is checked and recorded. Any failing component is flagged for repair or replacement.

Step 3 — Secure Data Wiping

All storage devices are securely wiped to GDPR standards using certified data destruction software. We maintain a chain of custody throughout, and a certificate of data destruction is available on request. Your data — and the previous owner's — is gone for good.

Step 4 — Internal Cleaning & Servicing

We open every device, remove dust and debris from fans, heatsinks, and vents, and lubricate moving parts where needed. A clean machine runs cooler, quieter, and longer.

Step 5 — Upgrades Where Required

Where hardware doesn't meet our performance standards, we upgrade it. This typically includes:
