Our warranty cover

Every computer and item of equipment we supply comes with a 12 month warranty. Everything is quality checked and tested before it leaves our premises at Vernon Mill in Stockport.

Refurbished laptops, PCs and workstations

Computers professionally refurbished by Computer Club are supplied with a 12 month in-house warranty. If a fault develops within that period, get in touch and we will advise you on the next steps under the warranty.

New and open box items

New and open box products are covered by the 12 month manufacturer warranty supplied with the device.

Parts, accessories and other equipment

Parts, chargers, adapters and other equipment are also covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How to make a warranty claim

Call 0161 429 8877 or email sales@computer-club.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. You are also welcome to bring the item to us in Stockport during opening hours.
